DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Orders usually ship within 3-7 business days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard service unless otherwise selected. Once shipped, orders should be received within 7 business days of ordering, however, some circumstances are out of our control. When selecting a 2-Day shipping method, the order must be placed before 2 pm CDT to guarantee those delivery times. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day. (As of now we cannot do P.O. boxes because of our delivery systems).

Orders placed after 2 pm on Fridays, and throughout the weekends, will be processed on Mondays. Please note that even if 2-Day or Overnight shipping is selected it will not be processed until the next business day.

There may be times when we have to print/stitch the item to order because our inventory is out. In the case this happens the order may take slightly longer, however, we will make sure to notify you when this does occur.

Free shipping on domestic orders over $100.

For international orders, they generally ship within 3-7 business days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard service unless otherwise selected. Once, shipped orders should be received within 10-15 business days of ordering, however, some circumstances are out of our control. Please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees.

Odisi Apparel LLC is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer must file a claim. Notify us and we will do what we can, however, a claim will have to be filed with the shipping company.

Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.
